Right now, subscription packages are in beta. If you’d like to be considered, please apply at host.experiences.chefsfeed.com.
Once your account has been upgraded, go to the “My Subscriptions” tab and click “Add Subscription Plan”.
When creating your plan, there are (3) pre-existing checkboxes with optional benefits:
- Livestream Ticket Discount % : discount applies to all livestreams*
- Access to the recordings of all past livestreams : CFX will automatically grant access to all livestreams hosted through the CFX Platform or YouTube. If you hosted through Zoom, you will need to provide access yourself.
- Access to 1-on-1 messaging through our system : This allows subscribers to send you private messages through the CFX Messaging System. If you leave this box unchecked, subscribers will not be able to message you directly.
*Currently, you are only able to offer an overall livestream discount. If you’d like to offer only a certain number of discounted livestreams, you’ll need to create your own discount codes and send them out to subscribers.
You can also add your own custom benefits by clicking “+ Add 1 More Benefit”.
Note: You are required to make the necessary arrangements for any custom benefits (eg. collect delivery addresses for merch/pantry item delivery, send out recipes, etc.).
Be sure to hit the + after you’ve filled out your custom benefits to save it.
Add in your Subscriber Welcome Message, which will go out to all new subscribers. Then hit “Accept”.
All of your plans will be listed out under the My Subscriptions tab.
