If no guests have purchased tickets to your experience then you can reschedule by using the edit option and changing the date and/or time. However, if guests have already purchased tickets then you can't reschedule. The best option is to post a new experience at the new date/time, then cancel the old experience, which will notify the guests and give them a full refund. You can include details of the new experience in your cancellation message so the guests can rebook if they can make it.
